Math Olympiads

The Math Olympiads program is run by parent volunteers as part of PTA. Please reach out to mathclub@seawellPTA.com with any questions or to join the volunteer team. 

If your 4th or 5th grader enjoys being challenged by math problems and has fun solving number puzzles—then the Math Olympiads is for them. It's a fun-filled program to foster mathematical creativity and teach strategies for out-of-the-box problem-solving. It is offered by the non-profit public foundation—Math Olympiads for Elementary and Middle Schools.  

Seawell offers a once a week after-school club over a five month period (November – March) for interested 4th and 5th Graders (team size capped at 25). For more information, look out for announcements in the Principal’s “Peek in the Week” email in September/October, and the PTA Facebook page.
